Refund Policy

1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

At Timepass Games, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unopened — the original shrink-wrap or seal must be intact
  • In the original packaging, with all components included
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Opened, used, or damaged games are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage (see Section 5).

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at timepassgamesllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original, unopened condition
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage during shipping). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including original and return shipping) at no cost to you.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used games
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition or missing components
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Promotional or free items

8. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a game for a different title, follow the return process in Section 3 and place a new order for the title you want. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy applies. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
